Arjun Karavadi is VP of Supply Chain at Sila. He joined Sila in 2020 as Head of Strategic Sourcing, responsible for developing and executing material sourcing strategies to support Sila's growth and scale-up plans. Prior to Sila, Arjun spent several years at SunPower holding both functional and leadership roles within the global supply chain organization spanning New Product Introduction, Commodity Management, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Supplier Quality.

Arjun holds Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio State University, in Operations Management from Northwestern University, and in Liberal Arts from the University of Chicago.
