Standard purchase order terms
Our Standard PO Ts&Cs apply to purchases of many types of tangible items and certain ancillary services described in an invoice, proposal, quote, drawing, or other instrument, to which the PO Ts&Cs are attached or to which reference is made to the PO. Our PO Ts&Cs above are subject to change and all suppliers are responsible for ensuring they have the applicable version.
U.S. Department of Energy and Federal Flow Down Requirements are available for download: (i) Construction (C) version, if laborers and/or mechanics will be used to perform any services under the contract; and (ii) Non-Construction (NC) version, in all other cases.
Terms of sale
Our Terms of Sale apply to Titan SiliconTM and battery cell sample purchases. These Terms, together with a Sila-accepted Order, form the entire agreement between Sila and customer. These Terms do not apply if the parties have a separately negotiated agreement for the same products.
