Gwen Harrison is the VP, Deputy General Counsel at Sila. Prior to joining Sila, Gwen was the VP & Deputy General Counsel at Pure Storage, where she led a global team utilizing her deep expertise in commercial transactions, IP licensing, international law and governance. Gwen also held leadership roles at Citrix Systems and Symantec Corporation with a focus in strategic alliances, SaaS software licensing, mergers & acquisitions, and product support.

Gwen holds a BA in Communication from Arizona State University and a JD with a speciality in International Law from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology.
